PURPOSE
Our job was to create a digital product targeted to a specific audience, and go from an abstract idea to a more specific.
Our job was to create a digital product targeted to a specific audience, and go from an abstract idea to a more specific.
In this project we used Lean Startup as our process model. We used Podio to give us an picture of what needed to be done.
To come up with a concept we all brainstormed and chose the three we thought were the best. To find the best we used negative brainstorm to find the one who was the most durable – which ended up being The “Kick It” app.
We then came up with a hypothesis, and tested if there was any interest in our idea, which we found out there was.
To get an overview we started filling out a Lean canvas. Based on our research we made a MVP. This we later made a mockup and started coding to test in our audience, to see the user flow, and get feedback to get better.
At the end we pitched the idea with a onepager that showed the most relevant for an investor – the idea and economy.
